You take a piece of connecting tube (the same diameter of a piece of boost hose near your Turbo) Weld a plate across the top of one end and drill a hole the size of a tyre valve. Press a tyre valve into the end. Connect the tube into the hose then simply connect a bicycle hand/foot pump onto the end of the valve and inflate….. If you have a leak you should be able to hear it. If you can’t then run your hand along the pipework whilst someone else pumps to feel for air coming out. This is what I did and it worked a treat to find the leak. Hope this helps.

Chris has some new Rims & Tyres for his AX (15" Team dynamics Pro Race 1.2's with 195 50 Toyo R888 Tyres) plus he's decided to go down the sticker route...

Here's how the car looks at the moment

Next on his shopping list is some plastic windows.

Might as well stick with the glass, he's clearly not too bothered about weight now he's added all those stickers

UPDATE:

14th April 2009

I've had 5 days off over Easter so myself & the missus got to work on the Corsa

The Job... Clean & Waxoil the underside of the car

Lots of crap came out of the wheel arch. lol

Wirebrushed

Masked off the side to get a nice line

Still got the arches to do, remove the bumper and do behind there, also underneath the brake / fuel lines

Brought some new Euro Style plates for the Fabia from Donny Show at the weekend

Went to see my powdercoating mate who's putting a Focus RS lump into a Fiesta (I showed pics of this last year but he's only just started working on it again)

And the seats

A rebuilt standard Turbo with some uprated internal's

His dog "Barney"

And his Daily Drive thats been off the road for a few months so not so daily now. lol, but soon will be pending an MOT

He's had the Dash Flocked and RS Turbo seats retrimmed

A finally a couple of pics of my mates car who does all our spraying (Greg Howell)

He will be repairing the scratches on the Fabia within the next fortnight

Got a few pics from Saturday at Donnington, The missus did the 11am session and I did the 11:20am (Lapping in the low 1min 30's on a damp track so I was quite chuffed with the cars performance)

Sarah getting ready for her 2nd ever track session

A couple of pics on track

And a happy Sarah afterwards

The tyres took less of a beating than they did at Brands Hatch
