UPDATE:

24th April

Went for a spin in a mates from work Evo 9 GT (just over 400bhp) Absolutely loved it!!! Fantastic car, Thanks Gaz!

Onto the Corsa...

Removed the rear bumper

Got rid of the crash bar

Marked out area's that im going to cut out

Lots of sound deadening still to remove

A friend turned up to drop a trailer off im storing for him... Thought I'd post some pics of his funky modded van

Back to the Corsa...

Grinded away the surface rust in the bootwell and floor of the car around the drainage points

Primed the area's for the time being with Etch primer

My adaptor for the Fuel Pressure Gauge turned up

Padge (The previous owner of my Corsa when it was a 16v on Throttle Bodies) turned up to help me remove the sound deadening HE FITTED when it had an install

Camping it up...

Whilst I started drilling out the spotwelds that hold on the metal work for the seats... with a 50% success rate (50% went straight through the car. lol)

And i've just been to pick the Fabia up from the Bodyshop, just got to clean it ready for Combe tomorrow

Its to release the air that gets trapped in front of the rear bumper at speed. Will cut similar holes in the bumper.... oh and weight saving of course. lol, every little helps

Haha, no the RS got dirty within the first few mins of leaving for Combe. lol, oh well.

Yes Paul I have been out in the shed...

UPDATE:

7th May 2009

I Was bored of the Black 17" Compo Mo's that were on the car before and they needed a Refurb due to a couple of kerb marks so i've had them powdercoated gloss white (the cage is also going to be gloss white also when I get it).

I've just received the tyres to go on them today but in the meantime here's a taster of what its going to look like...

Yes Ben, Mike did them Will get tyres on early next week.

Looking at your picture I might indeed copy your paint scheme on the front end! I could mask my carbon bonnet up around the vent its got and it would look very similar to yours... Hmmm

Mr Cutts, Fancy a photo shop? I'll get you a nice picture to work with as soon as the cars back on the ground

It doesn't sit this low. But I have sent the rear springs off to coilsprings.co.uk so it'll sit the height in these next few pics
