i do work for mates company, he gives me discount, same to bodyshop discount for takin pics for their website.
works both ways, they didnt both to ask and cropped away with my logo and copyright logo, and the cheek to have copyright on the bottom of the site. rarrr

if it was just someone posting one of your pics on a forum i wouldnt be bother but the fact there using it to make money is a whole different matter...

i can see the arguement here
someone posting up your photos etc
but what if you take the photos,then use them in advertising or something and someone didnt want their car been used,what happens then?
on a dirtbike forum i use,some guy who takes photos (motocross) splashes his name over them for copyright or what have you,came on the forum 'which he does NOT sponser,and demanded all his images be removed from the board due to copyright?
he cant have liked a bit of free advertising???
is it ok if some photographer took pictures of someones car,then they bought the portfolio then?? and if they bought the portfolio,are they allowed to use the digital images???
