I want to put a 3rd cold air duct to my BFO but i'll have to stretch it right over to the other side of the car this time.

I don't think the ducts you can get from green will be long enough.

In B&Q i know you can buy cooker hood ducting, but this isn't the right sort of thing.

Has anyone seen the rigid type ducting in there? Or where else am i likely to find it?

I have an idea to make a shield with 2 round holes in it, and actually connect the ends of the ducting to the shield.

I think Air feeds are overrated. They will never push as much as the engine sucks. You want a sealed system with the feed at the front of the car. Or if you insist on open filters then use some sort funnel at the end of them.

i think people just need hard evidence to prove which method is the best... everybody criticises everybodys ideas.

rr absolutely every method and element for air filters!

take the intake of the end of the airbox or induction and put your hand over it while somebody rev's your engine, you'll be surprised how much suction there is

You cant rolling road test air ducting, as the crappy fans they have dont come close to the equivelent of driving at 100mph, or do you drive with your bonnet open!

What are you on about Daimo? LOL
