ARE THE BOOST VALVES ANY GOOD ON 1.4 16V AND I'M GETTIN A FULL SYSTEM, IS IT WORTH GETTIN A JANSPEED MANIFOLD OR A MANILFOLD OF A SIMILAR PRICE? THANKS

any aftermarket manifold will help release a few xtra bhp
im not sure about the boost valve though, people say they are cack, others say they arent

boost valves are a mixed opinion... many people say they improve response by a lot, many dont!
many people say economy is a lot better, many dont!
many people say its worth the money, many dont!

Manifold - Cooooooooool.
Standard fueling on the 16v engines is very good anyway, no need for extra fuel pickup.
Manifolds, work well on 16v units. Not seent eh janspeed one yet, but looks exactly the same design as the lexmaul one but if a different material!
