Had a window of opportunity whilst our tennant was away for a few nights to re-fit a bathroom in our rental flat as was looking a bit tired and old.

This is how it looked

Friday evening after work ripped out

End of Sat Bath in and cladding pretty much done and all work for plumbing the rest of the facilities pretty much done

And then finished Sunday about 5pm!

was the cheapest and easiest option; in life tho makes the room brighter and a lot more pleasant. Tennants are happy which is the main thing!! lol

Thanks all; its UPVC cladding on the walls. So easy to put up as all clicks together and then you just mastic it to the walls.

As for cost think it was about £700; sheeting was £200, bathroom was £300 (managed to get it brand new from local free-ads), flooring I already had lying around, and then a couple of hundred on bits and bobs.

Mark - think you may be rite that was in there when we bought it and never lived there ourselves; but went back this weekend and fitted a new zone 1 rated light just incase!

Nice....get rid of that fucking horrible light fitting though. Can't stand them. Got called out to a rented house once we're one of the lamps exploded with a 2 year old playing underneath and the glass burnt the poor things leg
