Look on HotUKDeals as they get posted near enough weekly. But something like an Anker E7 or Pro2 (25K/20K mAh; wouldn't go much smaller) would probably see you through - should get 5/6 full charges each.
Also if you're driving down, then it's worth getting a decent 2A/3A USB car charger and making sure the power pack is fully charged before heading in.

And if you do need to charge a phone/power pack then there are other charging tents dotted around if you don't fancy queuing up for a few hours to use the EE/Orange Charge tent.

Misses just bought one of these: http://www.amazon.co.uk/16000mAh-Portable-External-Technology-Motorola/dp/B00D5T3QK4/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1433786110&sr=8-2&keywords=anker+2nd+gen+astro+e4

Have had 3 complete charges off it so far and it still has more to offer.

Not a bad unit tbh.

I always used to take a Nokia N73 to the festival, half decent camera and the battery would last 3 days!
