Long time no update!

Still not rented this out...Mrs fell preggers again when my daughter was 3 months old... so shes still not back at work.

Eldest is running around and the youngest is crawling so thought I better sort the garden out (well actaully I thought it was ok, she was nagging me so I caved in and got it sorted), took a couple months of evenings and weekends...

Before:

During:

After:

So stripped out, flattened off, many trips to the tip (putting the family wagon to good use!) and a skip:

laid the sleepers, dug out the pathways for concreting (soil went in the skip, flowerbeds and to raise the grass level), concreted, patio then the turfed the grass. The raised corner bit (currently full of shit), is for a pond which is the next thing that needs doing. All in all around 10ton of cement/concrete.

Girls are going to nursery in September, Mrs back at work so this will be a nice little let for someone. House project next year!

Not much more to do with this now!

Sleepers pre treated or will you need to treat them?
