Nursery before and after (plastered, coved and painted white for now, her mate is going to paint zoo animals on soon):

Hallway plastered, coved and painted!

Dining room plastered, coved and painted:

Shower room tiled, toilet fitted. Ready to fit shower and enclosure:

Getting there now. Lots of undercoat/glossing to do now! Also pricing up carpet and engineered wood!

Edit: Some of those pics are after the first coat - finished article is perfect

That toilet/sink combo is a really cool way of fitting it into a small space not seen that before, no excuse to piss in the sink either

It is actually! The bowl would be better deeper or the tap taller.

End up splashing a bit, but it's better than nothing as I really don't have any extra room to put a proper sink!

Went to fit the shower last week and noticed one of the pipes was out further than the other, which made the mixer completely pissed and the covers wernt deep enough.

Bit of a bodge but had to make some some bits on the lathe at work Friday, luckily its worked out! Really didnt fancy removing the tiles and plaster!

Bits made:

Soldered together:

Fitted and siliconed so water doesn't get behind the tiles:

And fitted!

Little bit of silicone on the bottom of the covers to stop them spinning!

Well happy with it! First room complete!

Nursery:

Floors up, pipes secured, insulated & wood wormed:

Floorboards scewed down with 500 screws, then 6mm ply down to level off floors with another 500 scews, no creacky floor boards in my house!

Removed the shitty plastic fan, thinking about it I should of ripped the old window out, but only had a few hours before the carpet was fitted and i'll have the window replaced with PVC within the next year:

Done with 12weeks to spare!

That would do my head in, I'd be tempted to make the doorway an arch and see if you can carry the chamfer around the top of it.

Rest of it looks mega, proper job
