This has happened now a few times whenever I tried it and was wondering if it happens to anyone else.

Basically the engine was just ticking over and i decided to tap the accelerator a few times say 4 times in 2 secs and then the engine lost all revs and cut out.

What is the explanation for this?

idle sensor needs adjusting...nothin major!

Most common on 1.0 12v's especially when induction kit fitted!
