i have a problem with play on the nearside strut (front). when you move the wheel it apears the bearings are shot but the play is in the strut. pritty much everythings new...
i think the reason is because the cup that the bolt sits in on the topmount seems to bottom out on the bearing peice underneath the rubber. is this a known problem that anyone has had? am thinking of machining some shalower ones to hopefully cure it as i assume they aint meant to touch eachother and the cup should "float" on the rubber?
