Not good tbh.
Raspy. Lambda position only on one branch.
And a bad collector design according to Dave A.
Better than standard tho.

Protech manifolds for these engines are good for the money. although they are let down by the collector design.
on a plus note, my engine made 192bhp today on the rollers with a protech manifold, I have modified the collector to suit my exhaust system though. infact there was very little difference on the bhp graphs between the protech one and the SBD one, just better lower down torque on the SBD one but the protech one does rev more freely at high RPM and has gained me a few BHP.

ive got a protech on my gsi which has been modified to suit the exhaust system, did you have the o2 sensor moved so its reading all 4 cylinders and not just 1?
