To improve 0-60 shed weight, especially unsprung weight.

What inlet do you have? Lexmaul is best for torque.

The best way to improve torque is to use a bigger engine.

18 inch alloys will seriously slow down 0-60 times. get smaller alloys and stripping the back will definately help!

4-2-1 exhaust manifold should help increase the torque. Made a noticeable difference on my old E16SE (with a mild cam made 120+ lb/ft @ Regal)

Unsprung Weight is the weight not supported by the suspension eg the wheels, tyres, brakes
