An engine tuners, not a general garage. Look in the yellow pages under 'engine tuning' for a local rolling road.

no its not tho! if you have little torque you will have little top speed as the engine wont be torquy enough to overcome the resistance to make it go faster. i have lots of bhp but not so much torque, i can accelerate well but top speed is limited.
