Anyone know how to seperate the ecu?

Got the outer casing off the ecu now im left with two boards(bosch motronic), i just cant quite seperate these enough so i can get inside.

Just been given a chip to try so iv started and now got stuck half way through.

C20XE engine
Motronic ecu i do have the codes if it helps.
