First off is there any different between the two names above  
Also, is there any way to visually check for wear on the above belt, the engine has done 50k or so and looking through the receipts i dont remember a cambelt change being done, as its every 60 / 65 / 70k?

Both the same thing mate,i think changing is at 46k ish and if it looks shiny/cracked or the teeth are not square its worn.Change it anyways.

cambelt and timing belt = same thing
should be done every 40k make sure you replace the belt rollers and tensioner and crank pulley bolt at the same time, might as well do the water pump too.
