yeah but timing could have slipped? how many miles on the cam belt and tentioner?

if im honest and i am doing an engine swap id deffo change the cam belt....

the ecu light is on all times now...
i tried driving it and it stalled twice when i let the revs drop..

humm... dont drive it mate, not till you have read the fault codes.... check the crank shaft sensor is plugged in....and the cam shaft sensor.

crank shaft sesnor is at the bottom of the engine on the drivers side.....

cam shaft sensor is here:-

so take the cover off incase its come out of place?

if not then il try the throttle cable and then the timing? il get a paperclip test done tommorow aswell

do a paper clip test first lol, get the car to tell you the problem not work blind

also, the lexmaul isnt powdercoated, so it wouldn't earth badly, it was fine on mine, it was the lack of coolant that killed my car, not a sensor fault
