the fact it says ecotec? No AFM, EGR on the exhaust manifold, metal inlet

as said above the exhaust manifold has an EGR valve meaning it has better emissions i.e. X rated not C

the X and the C are the emissions ratings

off topic but i said that was EGR and i was told not so, its a secondary air intake, EGR is underneath the inlet manifold apparently

That thing on the exhaust takes exhaust gas into the EGR
