Want to adjust them but not sure if they're hydraulic or not

Yeah, no that bothered but it sounds foobarred

Just a little noisy, need to sort out the water leak on it too

put an engine flush in and change the oil . . . see if that helps the tappets

£120 quid should see the tappets sorted with a new cambelt i reckon

ive got the tools to do the lifters without disturbing the cam carrier/head

Hmmm

Need to change the thermostat too as thats fooked. Been told that I should do timing belt at the same time whilst Im at it

Half the engine will be out at this rate

thermostat is gay, i needed to do mine, but gave up in the end when i realised i needed to take the belts off

Change tappets, thermostat, timing belt, service

Bloody needs it

Or I could be lazy & take it to a garage
