Got a boost guage fitted today and it was holding at 13psi, so i got my mate to up it, anyway he did but it was boosting the same and he reckons he opened it up loads. I can hear the turbo which i've never been able to hear before but its still boosting to the same psi? Do i need to adjust the fueling for it to be able to boost more or what?
When i cut the pipe to fit it, loads of black shuff came out, would it be better to give that a good clean out, could it be blocking it?

I would get the boost turned back down untill you get the fueling sorted out to much boost and not enough fuel = blown head gaskets and melted engines
Are you running a standard turbo and actuator ??

i'll get fueling upped tonight then! Yeah standard stuff, but apparently ok upto 18psi. just wanting 16'sh.
