As some of you may or may not know someone crashed into me at the start of april and the 3rd party decided to go through the insruance and is now disputing it. This seems like its going to last for ever.
I had planned to book my shed into the bodyshop when i went away on holiday (next month) to get some minor changes done before the inccident anyways.
Could i still book my car into the bodyshop and get it all done at once and then get a reciept for the damage that has been caused? Or will i have to wait?
Hope this makes sense.
Cheers

Ask your insurers first. I requested my car went to the main dealers and they wanted me to get them to contact them first.
Shouldn't see there being a problem.

If they're disputing liabilty and so are you then it will no doubt be a 50:50 split. Insurers don't like long winded claims anymore!
