me an m8 decided to have go doin headgasket on old pug 306 for random laugh, we got it back together it starts but is louder and underpowered badly. its 1.6 8v wondering if u have to reset timing on it etc
yeah we did mark cambelt and do all things correctly

was the headgasket actually gone ? did you have it skimmed.

yes it was
and the head was placed on calibrating faltting surface at work so it did not need skimming, just sanded it and gave it new shiny surface with wetanddry
