Been doing some engine work on my Corsa, wondering if anyone had done the same and what kind of bhp gains they have had.
Had SRI conversion done, fitted astra head onto corsa block, 4 branch manifold fitted with full stainless system and performance ht leads and unchip being fitted today. been told it now stands at 110 - 115 bhp. has anyone has simliar mods done and with what outcome?

has anyone else had this conversion done, or any good power gaining mods, without getting a battering from the insurance companies

Probably more about 100 bhp mate, see see 110-115 you would need cams and then a remap I think.

isnt a remap another name for getting a car chipped, eg unichip. I was thinking a lumpier cam. not very sure of the gain i would get from a bigger cam.
