Author engine management light AGAIN!

when i rev the car up about 4-5000rpm the engine managment light comes on and the car backfires and revs drop straight down, happens when im driving also, car just jerks like mad when it happens

SOMEONE HELP ME, conversion piece of poo is really pissing me off!
