just failed an mot on a couple of minor things but one was that my rear bearing was going, i had a new one fitted about 10-11 months ago should it be going already? Ive done about 10-11,000 miles on it.

depends on wheels size, offset all sorts of things. can varry loads

also depends if it was fitted correctly!
lots of wheel bearings fail in a short time due to the hub nut not being tourqued up correctly

Fitment, type of grease, quality of bearing all have an effect. I'd expect a minimum of at LEAST 25 - 30K miles from a corretly fitted Vauxhall bearing.
