Right decided to give the Pug some TLC, gonna lower it but keep it standardish looking but drop a
GTI-6 engine in.
Changing supension is piece of piss except the torsion bar issue, i know you can drop it a few clicks but is there any one who can tell me how, or show my where i can find out how
Ta need to know asap cos im doing it tonight

not much help but make sure you hit it out from the right side unlike my mate did and wrecked the thread. Il try and find a guide he used on the internet for you.

As far as im aware ya use a slide hammer to knock the torsion bar out of the splined plate its held in, jack up the hub the amount ya wanna lower it and stick the torsion bar back into the plate job done?????
