bouncing round ideas in my warped little mind i am slowly making some plans for the blue heap im upgrading brakes somehow this month lol after v6 setup fell thru(long story)
I like me induction noise...i feel a bit embarrassed but theres no way im giving it up just yet so my plan is to get a stainless centre section to compliment my backbox and induction kit, i already have some awesome spark plugs and will upgrade the leads soon...
CYLINDER HEAD!!! been reading on the coutenay website (originally only went on to look at pictures) and they claim that they do modified cylinder heads on exchange that should give an increase of approx 10% torque and BHP rite across the range, however we dont wanna pay courtenay prices as its a rule of thumb, so in brief has anyone had this kind of work done and was it worth it? pricey? easy to fit head meself? ive changed heads on 8v novas a few times etc

just sent my head off for a dose of porting and polishing.
had a lot of headwork on my last engine, improved the "feel" of the car and definately complimented other mods, but if your keeping the engine otherwise standard, wouldnt bother.

as beardy says, get the right polishing tools and get the knowledge and have a bash yourself.... My mate does porting and flowing... watching him has taught me no end... still a bit frightened to do my own just yet.
