if i was to buy one of these would i need to uprate any internal engine parts ie bearings n piston rings etc to cope with the extra power, or are the standard parts good enough to cope with it. also how hard are these to fit?  cheerz people

u need to buy one second hand m8 cuz iv phoned a couple of places and thay dont make them any more even though they have them on the site!

what are ARP rod bolts and how easy are they to fit? ive been offered a manzel powerbox for £350, the lad brought it but never got round to fitting it n then sold the corsa, so got a powerbox sittin round doin nuttin. not sure what to do :S

arp rod bolts are uprated bolts that bolt in the con rods. need to take the sump off to do it
