Hmmm PVD

My first experience was good, goods delivered in a couple of days.

I bought from them again, twice they kept me waiting for items that were supposidly instock at the time. First time i had an e-mail saying the item had been despatched that day and should be with me in 2-3 days. Arrived 17 days later Despatch label had the previous days date on it.

Next time i ordered an Exhaust which i was told would take 7-10 days, after 2 weeks i phoned to find out where it was and was told there was a problem and it would be another week or so, fine i thought. Another 2 weeks and it still hadnt arived Cancelled the order in the end as they had my money for the day i ordered it. Waiting wasnt the problem it was the fact the dont have the decency to tell you what is going on.

Might want to check these Mig threads, theres a general concensus. PVD used to offer a discount to Mig members but they ended getting so many complaints about the service that it was withdrawn, not sure if you still get it now.

Donna says about staff shortages which is fair enough but last year when the complaints were appearing they had a similar problem, Pete said it had been sorted but obviously it hasnt.

At the end of the day if you screw around your customers then they aint gonna shop with you and they'll tell ya friends the same.
I wont buy from them again and i'll advise anyone who asks me to do the same.
