Ok peeps I was goin to put some antifreeze in today but I was told to put good quality stuff in, I thought they were all the same  now I aint got a clue what kind/brand to use, any ideas?????

as long as its ethylene glycol based itll be ok, goto a local motor factors, something like Comma is good.
