Ntl 
Going absolutely apesh1t at them as for 8 months now they have been t aking money from their account for the Ntl dial up service, but for 8 months we've had broadband & have been paying that as well.
Don't wanna go downstairs at the mo as he started off nice and calm ( about 1/2 hour ago), but just lost his rag & is screaming down the phone at them. Their computer system says we still have dial up, yet broadband too, how thick must you be to not realise that if we have broadband why the hell would we want dial up?

£10 a month isn't something that he'd really pick up on though.
He's absolutely livid hes been passed from pillar to post for the last 45 mins & is currently telling them how much their customer service sucks
Not the first time we've had problems with them either

He's spent a total of an hour on the phone, but just got off the phone after 'winning' as he called it & will be getting a backdated refund

make sure he asks for his fone call that he's just made to be refunded (unless its freephone number). they'll probably ask you how much it cost!

I believe for some strange reason they sent him a random bill for the dial up. Hasn't had one since he asked for the dial up to be disconnected, so if they hadn't sent him that they could probably have continued to take the money without him knowing

Didn't check & like I say £10 a month hardly breaks the bank.
£10 dropped in the middle of a few shopping bills & petrol costs wouldn't really get noticed.

Stocker... his best chance for result's are shouting (no swearing) ask for complaints and keep demanding... also ask to speak to a suporvisor.. best way for results as I know this
