My friend wants to carry out a 2.0l engine conversion by him self on his Corsa Gsi(he's a mechanic) and he wants to ask you guys if there is someone who can give him a full spec. with blue prints,pictures on how to do a conversion.Can anyone help?Thanks.

its what 5 pages long...
- 3 pages of wiring diagrams.
- 1 on how to fit CV joints
- 1 how to make the fan fit and the wire colours (which is about as much use a choc tea pot)
that leaves 1 on how to remove engine and fit new one
its not bad as bog roll mine u

well here in around about way what it says
-remove old engine
- place new engine under car and lift into place and bolt using new engine mounts
-cut bulk head and fit Sfi powercap
-rebuild both legs, brakes, shafts.
-wire up using easy to use wiring diagram
-turn keep and have fun
and people think i am joking, but really thats what it is like if not the same

its simple when u know how and if hes a mechanic it will be a piece off piss
if u got the rite parts its basicly direct replacement plug n play
