Did wonder for a minute the story behind the GMC Terrain fairly common thing though I expect

I quite like yank/Canadian market cars.
We had a big dodge caravan when we were over last year, 7 proper comfortable seats. All the toys fitted as standard and it was ace for getting about. I’d have one over here if I didn’t have a faf about with import and lhd.
In fact I’d like a challenger hellcat as well.
Some the trucks going about were ridiculous, big twin axel things

Yeah I had a dodge caravan while in the States, absolutely loved it. Gearbox was a bit shit but it cruised lovely and was super comfy, doors that all opened on the key and remote start.

Just a big useful thing that was ace for hauling kids and cases around really. No other redeeming features than that, but sometimes that’s all you want

Haha, thanks for the repair Ian!
GMC Terrain and similar are everywhere. I'd say, here in Alberta, 30% of houses have a truck on the driveway. Twi axle things are called a dually, generally for hauling fucking great big trailers ("caravans") about. I aim to have some kind of crew cab truck but enjoy the running costs of the civic too much!
The Challengers, Mustangs, Corvettes etc. all come out in the summer and go away again once it starts snowing in September-time.
Also, to drive a truck you more often than not have to drive like a total cunt

If you're using Flickr on a PC use the embed link on the bottom right and it'll give you a BB code portion, you just need the bit between the [img] and [/img]

Impulse buy 2.6 v6 Omega, always wanted one
Project car need to get this out again and get finished, was planning on taking to shows this year but doesn't look like that's going to happen.
1.4 Sport with only 48k, should have kept it as a sport really with it being genuine but always liked a gsi kit and speedlines from I got into corsas.
When I got it.
And now

Nice selection that Jamie
How was the omega? as you hoped or a bit of a let down? Always worries me when I have lusted over cars in the past that they would turn out not to be as good as I had hoped and aged badly.

Thanks Gavin think I'm getting worse as I get older
Nope not let down I'm well happy with it, it's like sitting on your sofa driving it, at least it was until it was lowered lol, v6 engine makes it a nice cruiser, averages about 20mpg is the only down side.

mercedes comment made me chuckle! i bought that one stock and didnt put much into it. unfortunately the bmw isnt, its not even really a rep, i just never got round to taking the badges off and then lost interest in the car! its been sat in a garage for a year waiting to get a oil leak sorted.
R8 is the dream one though for me, always said id try and get one before i was 30, managed to do it this year with a few months to spare. was a big deal for me as one of my teachers really tormented me like a bully and promised myself i would prove him wrong and do something with my life and tick this off the list.

Maxton front splitter and rear wing?
I’ve been pondering doing the front end and ‘goin black’ grill/badges wheels but I’m not sure whether to just leave it as intended.
Class cars eh absolute sense of occasion every drive !
