Few of us are lurking due to the covid-19 crisis so To stave off some lockdown boredom and try and establish what we are all fooling around in these days I thought we should do a catch up thread.

No longer own a Corsa, but did have a few more Vauxhall’s since then (most recently 2018). I won’t do history in this thread though.

So here is the current stable

Daily Driver
2004 W163 ML500

Weekend Car
2003 E46 M3 Convertible

So what is everyone else driving these days?

Daily One ‘07 Facelifted T5, ex RAC. Just has combo seats fitted as getting round to sorting the interior.

Daily Two ‘03 TT 225, looking a bit tattier now though.

Are you turning it into a camper van?

No, day van. Had a second row of seats put in but not going full camper. I want some kind of unit down one side behind the seats to put bike/snowboard gear in but plan is to use it as our family ‘adventure’ bus rather than camping in it.

I have a proper irrational dislike for those VW vans, no idea why.

Current fleet taxed and tested until last week, only one Free and the Merc still on the road just now.

Two Freelander 1, his and hers
Astra H Twintop that I've had for years
CLK W209 320 convertible, technically belonging to the good lady but I still get to fix it
Transit mk6 350 MWB semi high

Puma fleet

Track car
8 Thunders, one of which I did have on the road which is a right hoot but it ran out of MOT because its rusty than a scouser's job interview techniques.
1 Millennium
2 standard 1.7, one on 50k and one on 34k

Corsa GSi in bits
Corsa 1.6 with a cage in formally of Mike B and Tom Simes family heritage which is now somehow my responsibility to store and fix
Tigra 1.6 in a lovely shade of olive green, not sure on the colour name, should really go and have a play with that at some point because I'd actually like to drive it at some point.

Truck still in advanced stage of motorhome preparation.

Probably some other shit I've forgotten.

That's not including stock for work, currently got a mk5 Fiesta, two C-Max and a Puma for stripping.

I think I have car owner virus

I'm going to give Colin a BJ and a cheeseburger for a drive in that

I am currently in a 2012 Black Edition S4

I have crossed supercharged off the list now but still not V8 or even V10 if I were a baller like Colin

Daily is a 2016 Fiesta ST - 330bhp forged LSD

Still got the 1983 mini but its still engineless and has been for about four years now

Occasionally commute to work on a shonkey CBF125

Still have the CBR600rr but it spends most of its time on track these days

Nice

I had one on lease for a while, just the Mountune upgrade. Probably the best car I have had out of the box. I'd imagine with that power its an absolute weapon, the chassis is superb.

I heard good things about those fezzer st’s!

I do really miss having a small chuckable hatch tbh.....without the parking anxiety that the r8 brings - don’t get me wrong it’s a whole level of fun and it’s not a every day car, suppose it’s obvious to miss what you don’t have.

Fuck knows what I’ll get next, definitely had to tick the V10 off the list before were all confined to 10volts before long!
