 | I went with Vodafone. Costs £22 a month, no line rental.

38 down, 10 up. It does max out at times when the little one is steaming TV and I'm hammering remote sessions while pulling data over ftp. Also got mobile devices doing what the fuck they want.

I'm only with Vodafone for cost, it's a very basic package.

 | Done much research on this recently as want to leave the shite that is TalkTalk!

Virgin seems the best... but yeah it ain't everywhere. Next up for reliability was Sky, and that's the most important thing to me really so I'll probably look to join them later this year.

 | Sky text me today asking me to call
Called and they said they can't connect me because I have cancelled my talktalk. Asked me to reactivate it then they can switch. Seems weird as my sky fibre wasn't due to be active until 4 days after the talktalk finishes.

Told them I'm not willing to call talktalk anymore because they are morons. So I'll need to call sky again the day after my talktalk contract ends.

 | I've been with an intermittent connection since 23rd November... was getting speeds of 2.54Mb/s the other week! Good old TalkTalk fibre.

It's a bit of a con because the line rental is clearly in the cost of the fibre.

I went with PlusNet a couple of months ago, similar speeds to above and is somewhere around the £25 mark I think.
