To be fair to Ian he has tolerated a hell of a lot over the years so not surprised he's had to make a few jokes back. Although it used to be a hell of a lot worse on here for unwanted banter (me included) and by a lot more people than just a couple so surprised he didn't lose it back then.
I've never known why people take things to heart though, surely you'd just ignore the thread or leave the site if things bothered you that much. I'm not Nic's biggest fan but I'm glad he's still on here, livens the place up and I enjoy the banter between people who like to give it back as well.

Some strange bastard, wanted help with a car but also wanted to tell us he knew we were all slaves to the establishment and that we were in denial if we didn't agree with him.
Didn't look like an older member coming back although I also didn't spend much time on it. Spoke enough shit at that you'd have to be quite some troll to research all the bollocks to that degree, didn't appear to be copied from anywhere.
My issue as Tom outlines there was the speed at which people get on newbies and derail it. I've no issue with taking some time over it even if you come to the same conclusion.
