That document was released in March.
The scheme itself was introduced in 1994, by the Tories.
It has regular reviews under whichever administration is in power.
Nothing in there is in force, its just a feasibility document.
They're paying £90ph for sign language interpretters.
The proposed caps are £27k, £40k and £54kpa with an impact assessment of each cap.
The only thing that is fucked is the lefties clutching on to any old shit in order to paint their picture of doom and gloom.

The government letter we had round about council tax and the incredibly severe reductions (especially compared to many other wards) was quite insightful to the job they're being forced to do though.

Somewhat serious post alert. I don't understand a lot of labour supporters on my Facebook at the moment, it's like a lot of them can't get over the fact that Ed didn't get in. Unfortunately there are more people in this country that supported David Cameron and that's the head and tail of it. Okay I appreciate that a lot of people have problems with the Tories flavour of austerity and they're entitled to that opinion but the simple fact is that more people think it's just fine. This is a democracy no? The larger number has spoken whether some people like it or not.
There's also a lot of people on my Facebook whinging that it was the non voters that ruined Ed's chances. Well whose to say that the non voters would vote for him anyway?
