Agreed. Looks like they got half way through with the red tape , got bored and went to lunch

Was watching Ted notebook on the FI reveal last night.

Sounds like its a very pointless reveal as from the middle(ish) back its the old car still, the front end is new but the nose on the car is not the one they will be using..

Whats the point?

Must be frustrating driving on a media day. Wanting to just floor it but then having to limit to around 110mph

Bit of much needed exposure, I think they're in the shite financially. They arent making the first test at all, never a good sign

Are they in trouble? FI have stolen virtually all of the Mexican sponsors from Sauber from what they were saying. Didn't sound like they were in trouble.

They have said they would rather spend the time developing the car than testing it. As the engine etc is not so new there is only so much they can learn at the track as its not a track that is used for racing, the tyres they use are not the 2015 compound so it sounds like if everything is going great then go to it but otherwise your almost better off spending more time developing the car. The FI guy said he was surprised more cars were not skipping it!
