This exact point was said in the letters@the-sun.co.uk section in the sun newpaper today.

See if you can make an entry listing the petition number in reply to the roy carter that mentioned it.

I can't believe this Petition hasn't received more signatures?

Once the discs no longer have to be created having to pay for a complete month even if its the last day of the month is simply a rip off.

As an example, Freelander is now needing a clutch so I'm going to put the Disco back on the road - needs doing sooner rather than later so should I continue using a car with a wobbly clutch to lose 20 days of this month if I tax the Disco now?

Annoying.
