Toy Story was manic in 2012 when we went.
I've also landed some proper flukes on rides because they closed. MK logflume queue was 30-40mins all morning once, then it broke. 25mins or so later we were just walking past it as it opened - so walked right on, queue was up to 25mins when we got off 
I've seen rides of 2hrs, but I've NEVER queued that long and I've always been in school holidays. Longest I've queued was probably Sheikrah at Busch Gardens at about 80mins, but that kept closing due to a thunderstorm 5 miles away.
think it was 2012 when I went on toy story
transformers last year was pretty bad actually. just over an hour

Toy story wasn't there when i went in 2012? Or atleast i don't remember it...
Im pretty sad ... Quite like the test cars thing in epcot...

Test track was revamped in 2012 (was closed for most of the year). Apparently it's better now.
