Hi guys,

Unsure how obvious the answer is to this but I'll fill in the background info.

Corsa went for its mot and came back with an advisory on the n/s/r brake binding slightly.
Noticed it was a bit warm and smelly the other day so took it off the road.
Had a browse today and can't see the obvious issue causing it
Stripped both sides and reset the positioners.
Still no joy.

Noticed this was solid though.

The right moves normally, the left not at all.

But I can't remember for the life of me whether both sides move and that's the cause / needs replacing or not!

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Edit - second picture I'd removed the rubber.

Ah poop.

Think it's probably a few years since I replaced them anyways.

What Craig said, they should both move freely. If it's stuck in the out position that would cause the binding of the brakes, best to replace the whole cylinder only about £12 iirc
