bikepark wales was fucking awesome again managed 10 runs down of various grades but the trail dai hard is a mental black loads of roots big rocks and some gnarly drop offs came a cropper a couple of times I will try and get the gopro vid uploaded through tonight if I can. Also met Brendan fairclough there aswell which ws pretty cool

yeah couldn't be arsed to stop strava for each uplift so the mileage is about 3rd climbing in the van lol if you get a chance to go its worth it

I now have 2 bikes like all the cool people, decided to go for the claud butler cape wrath zero one (2013) one, same as this http://www.tredz.co.uk/.Claud-Butler-Cape-Wrath-01-Mountain-Bike-2013-Hardtail-MTB_61050.htm although mines got 27 speed on it not the normal 24

First commute using clipless shoes today.
Amazing, love the feeling of being so attached to the bike. Big difference when pedalling uphill. Unfortunately didn't have my garmin to see speeds but felt quick!
