Ive recently been having an issue with the Abs on my 95 GSi,

The issue I have is that the ABS light comes on when just starting the car, Ive read that if this is the case then its the relay at fault?

Can anyone shed any light on the subject? it doesnt affect the car, but the light's annoying (and no im not taking the bulb out )
