Due to royal mail not bothing to deliver my first class recorded cheque and booking form, ive just had to pay over the phone and she has told us there is no tarmac left meaning we will be on grass.

i have requested a nice unmuddy area away from the camping area but you never know what we will get. so please if you see the stand DO NOT camp on it and ruin the grass as it will ruin the day for everyone when we are covered in mud and get stuck.

6am start on the sunday, thats the general public time

got an email from pod today, looks like we are on tarmac after all!

Dear Club Organisers,

Firstly, a very big THANK YOU for booking a club pitch for The Fast Show 2013. Again, it looks set to be a massive event with record numbers of club cars in attendance.
For any clubs that haven’t been to The Fast Show before, we can only accommodate a certain number of club cars on the tarmac and in the last few years, this has filled by the end of January/beginning of February. 2013 was no different with the tarmac selling out around late afternoon on 30th January.

Although the exact club locations have not been finalised, I am pleased to say that your club has a tarmac pitch. The D stand passes will need to be displayed in each vehicle in order to get past the security check points and on to the tarmac areas.

NEW for 2013: Gates will open at 6am for clubs on Sunday 17th March and your club cars are asked to be in place by 10am.

On approximately Thursday or Friday before the event, the finalised club map will be available online and one will also be emailed to you.
