The relay is clicking? How much are they from vauxhall or will a motor factor sell them? We have none in scrap yards round here

I've got a brand new relay here too, have you checked it's getting power to the coil or relay pins?

I've got a spare here as well

Sometimes the click but aren't actually working properly, it's a common problem on these engines.

Vaux wanted £45 when I went there

Autovaux post them for a tenner I believe and they're very quick service

Sweet will have to ring auto vaux, does any of the other vaux engines have the same relay?

Euro car parts sell them too...

My fpr disabled my whole ecu... Is your ecu light still coming on dash? It controls loads of stuff

yes the light is on the dash but it just wont start no spark or fuel?

is this said relay? i cant find a reg for a standard car with a coilpack xe in to use on these sorta sites but mine does have the 12 38 966 across the top but the gm number is 90378651

Tbh, if your ecu was full of water and coming out blue. id start with that

no just the plug, there was nothing in the ecu as far as i can see (i did split it down)

ive got vauxhall to order me a genuine relay for £20 should be here tomorrow......fingers crossed

Dunno if im speaking shite, but dont you in a corsa bridge the fuel relay? Remove it and then put a spade in each with a wire?

Right well bought a new gm relay tried it..........f*ck all happened still exactly the same no fuel no spark so now must be ecu?

ECU, wiring, all the wires good to the relay?

Yeah had all wiring out no cuts in casing or kinked wires only downside i can see is where the corrosion has been on the ecu plug pins but since the loom has been out is when it stopped workin, but the ecu was in the airing cupboard at the same time

Sounds as if something hasn't gone back together right as said.

Problem with stuff like this is it's hard to diagnose something through a computer screen
