Had a spare few hours today so popped over the garage to do a bit, first off I wanted to paint the steering rack as it was a bit tatty, didn't bother me at first but really started to get at me lol.

Solid mounts back on..

Snapped one of the threads on the mounts, really pissed me off, will have to sort that at weekend.

Then I fitted a tow strap, grinded the original tow ring off..

Drilled a hole, and painted the bare metal..

Bolted the new strap in place..

And re fitted the bumper..

I also refitted engine loom, ecu, wiper motor and scuttle panel, really starting to come together. Felt so much more like a car, I even pulled it out the garage and gave her the first wash of 2013

And back in the garage all clean

Why is this being broken Mitch? you've spent so much time and money for none of it to ever see a road let alone a track!

Such a shame
