After the cold months it's time to back to bringing this back up to scratch.

Wednesday it got a decent wash so is looking much better now, last night I gave the interior the first clean in 6 months or so, put my normal mats back in (had rubber ones over winter) and treated the leather with gliptone so looking and smelling better now

Gave it a service last weekend and have new brakes to go on the front as soon as I get chance.

19's have been away getting chrome powder coated and should have them back in the next few weeks.

Plans for this year is keep clean, de-badge the rear I think and get it running really nice. Think I need a wheel bearing on the front

Wheels are done

Seems one kept reacting or coming out with imperfections so the guy had to do it four times to get a decent finish

Only seen pics so far but they look great and will be great to have a nice clean and unmarked set of wheels again.

Pic of one below, will be on at the end of the month

It's chrome powder coat, would like them mirror polished but for a daily drive it's not the best option imo.

Few coats of wax and these should be really easy to keep clean and shiny

Never knew you could get that finish! I've always wanted one of these, love them in red the best. Wouldn't mind the silver leather though!

How much where the wheels?

The red is IMO the best colour for them, get so many random people coming up to me in car parks and petrol stations telling me how good it looks.

The other week I had a load of kids all stood around it taking pictures like it was a lambo

Wheels cost £280 to get done, can't complain at that

Guy does a lot of E36 M3 wheels btw...

Do love tt's,

Clutch a hard job?

I've had my prop off before in my s3 with the subframe back on, and that was pretty easy, when you find the right gaps to work through.

Just I think it'll be coming soon as it's not liking life at the moments power levels.
