Right, This is the old transformer from our downlighter.....



OK So i need a new one.....

Notice the diagram on the right hand side for SEC. It is a single pole thingie.

If I buy the ebay one......will it work if I connect the 4 wires on the right hand side to the new one?

The one I want (Double pole) is now discontinued you see....The ones on ebay are all single pole although some are pictured as double

A halogen bulb requires 12v and that's it, can't see why it wouldn't work.

Forgot to mention- it has about 12 bulbs coming off it...all 12V halogen of course

Just the bridging method is putting me off a little

That's a bit over the 210W rating of the transformer then is it not?
