Just leave a bit more of a gap at the top and bottom of the door to help the air circualte in there, Thats how i did mine.

Thinking about it. Stand alone wardrobes don't have vents.

I know you have to be careful if they are external walls as it can cause moisture to get in or something like, maybe linked to why some have vents?

Did my insides at last yesterday, need to update my thread.

It'll be fine, there will be a gap between the doors anyway. Plus the fact it'll get vented every time you open it!
