I can vouch for the seats being really heavy, lifting them out my van into the garage I thought I was gonna topple over

Put one seat in. I need to upload progress pics. Was über pressed for time so forgot to actually take a pic of it in

Harder than we thought, that said it was backwards the wiring was what we dreaded. Was a peice of piss. The tensioner/seat rails however where troublesome

That's to replace this p.o.s:

Here's a few daylight shots. (I'm aware it has a simple in the seat, is a storage mark and will come out with a hairdryer when I can be arsed to do it. Did the drive belts today engine is sooooo much quieter. Didn't even think it was noisy, untill it's changed. What a difference!

You need a meter to measure for continuity and just find which pins are the momentary push to make, and wire that in parallel with the existing key position 3.

Ignition switched live to the illumination, boom.

Thanks peeps. Sorry for the lame photos but been so busy that everything has been done in a mad rush so it's workshop filthy and no time to stand around going all Will Ainsworth.

Thanks Vrs! Get one, bloody good value.

Can't begin to describe how changing the drive belts has made the road noise about 30% less. So quiet in the cabin and more refined. It just keeps getting better.

Plans are henceforth:

Fit drivers seat:
Fit Simota and clean engine bay
Remove BMW alarm stickers off the windows
Fit chrome interior handles.

All fitted:

Much more refined if a tad quiet. Happy with if though as the car seems to like it more.

Small and boring update im afraid.

Have to remove an awful lot of bits to get to it, dropped a fair few bolts and a screwdriver down the side of the battery too lol.

Gf bought me this for Xmas:

It was dark when i had finished so apologies for poor quality pic:

Harder than expected? I was thinking of fitting some vaders i have into my E46 but after reading a few forums about it it's not that simple and the rear bolts are way out
